Treasure with
her buddy Roy

Shaded Cream
Dachsiedowns Theheirloom (
Treasure) arrived to me December 8, 2005 from the Dachsiedowns Kennel in
Australia. She came from a summer time season ( though it has been a
cool summer) to Texas, at a time we were having an unusual cold spell
(13 degrees).
I was so relieved when
we got back home and she was safe, warm and now another Dachshund Import
Texan.
The first night she was
somewhat unsure of who I was, but ate well for me. The next morning
after she had a good night sleep she acted like she had always known me
and was so excited and happy to be part of my four-legged family. We
have been joined at the hip ever since. She is going to make a wonderful
bed warmer.
She is absolutely
gorgeous and her temperament is as sweet as anyone would want. She is elegant and has the
pose that a dachshund possess.
She arrived to me in
season, so she hasn't been able to be reunited with her buddy
Dachsiedowns Royalcream (Roy). I have known Treasure
almost since the day she was born. Sam Taylor of Australia has been
emailing me pictures since she was a baby.
As young puppies Roy &
Treasure played and rough housed together, so I'm looking forward to see
if they remember each other. They were born just a day
apart with Roy being the oldest.
I want to thank Rob &
Samantha Taylor for trusting and honoring me with another gorgeous cream
and another wonderful house companion.
