Terms: (all terms will be abided by with exception to those items in exceptions sections)

1. Dachshund is being sold as a “Show/Breeding Quality” for the sole purpose of AKC Conformation Classes and or breeding. If dog is sold for showing in AKC Conformation Classes, Buyer shall NOT breed (female) the dog until he or she has acquired their championship unless a mutual written agreement between Seller and Buyer has been agreed upon.  Dog shall also be named with the prefix, "Judy Kay's". Exceptions and Conditions will be listed in the Exception Box

2. Dachshund is guaranteed to be of Show Quality at time of sell and or breeding quality. Seller does NOT guarantee the dog will attain His or Her Championship or that Dog will breed without any difficulties, including fertility.

3. Seller does not guarantee adult size as this can be effected by environment, food fed, and metabolism.

4. Seller does not guarantee coat length or color of adult dog.

5. The seller will not be liable for any damage or injury caused by this Dog.

6. Dachshund will be provided a clean, safe environment with shade, fresh food and clean water, where they will not be subject to teasing or abuse, and will live primarily indoors with buyers and will not be left outdoors during extreme weather conditions.

7. Under NO circumstances will this dog be turned over to any pet dealer, puppy mill, pet shop, commercial kennel, animal institution/control, dog pound/shelter, SPCA, or other facility. Dog will not be allowed to roam unrestricted outside of secure fencing. (unsupervised)

8. If Dachshund is no longer wanted, for any reason, or can no longer be cared for, Dog must be returned to seller, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed in writing. NO Refunds will be given.

All Lemon Law Guarantee throughout the US will not be honored past 10 days of dog leaving my care, by Judy K. Burns of Judy Kay's Dachshunds.

9. Veterinarian fees for the dog, from date of delivery forward will be the sole responsibility of  buyer and costs will not be reimbursed to buyer for any reason.

10. Buyer will take Dog to a Veterinarian, for a complete health examination within 72 hours of delivery. If Dog is found to have a debilitating illness or congenital disorder within these same 72 hours, seller shall be notified and a written statement from the Veterinarian stating these conditions must be presented to Seller at time the Dog is returned. Seller may offer another dog of equal sex and value or Full Refund of purchase price minus non-refundable deposit/delivery amounts. An additional 5 days guarantee will be added against Parvo and Distemper once dog leaves my care. Seller must be notified within these 72 hours and arrangements made for the return of the dog. If dog is not taken to the Veterinarian within these 72 hours, all warranties are null and void. NO REFUNDS for the return of the Dog.

11. Dog will be examine by a Veterinarian once yearly for health checks, parasite prevention program, yearly rabies where applicable and heartworm preventative.

12. Delivery charges associated with shipping the Dog to new owners are non-refundable.

13. This dog can not be register with any other registries such as CKC (Continental), APRI, and/or ACA. Foreign Registries are acceptable.

14. In the event the terms of this agreement is not complied with, the seller is entitled to $5000.00 in damages and the return of the Dog (including all paper work to prove ownership) plus any legal fees and cost associated with the enforcement of this agreement. Any actions taken will be conducted within the state of Texas, Parker County.
